The Hybrid Approach
To position this agent at the forefront of the 2025 AI landscape, I conducted a rapid audit of dominant AI players to identify emerging patterns that users now find intuitive. We opted for a hybrid architecture that balances the flexibility of free-text chat with the structured efficiency of "closed-selection" controllers.

My Reflection
In the age of AI, the designer’s role is shifting from "drawing screens" to "choreographing logic." Success in this project wasn’t found in the pixels alone, but in how we narrowed the gap between a user’s intent and the system's output. By balancing human control with algorithmic power, we turned a data-heavy platform into a lean, intuitive sales partner.
